The Ice House Lofts

I was able to attend the open house party for Downtown's latest urban development project this past Friday...the Ice House Lofts at 260 East Naughten. The units are going to be very contemporary and open single floor lofts that have a minimalistic design approach to them with a few flooring and color options that can drastically change the feel of the units depending on your finish preferences. Prices start at the $130s and floor plans are in the 1000 to 2000 square foot range.

One modification that I overheard that is not yet on the floor plans is that a number of the units will now have balconies (not shown in the picture above), a change from just a few windows with a downtown view. The website has all the floor plans and talks about the amenities in more detail.
